The artist Jennifer Jenkins and all associated works for Just Feel Good Art and all associated works are protected by the Federal Copyright Act of 1976 and the Federal Visual Rights Act of 1990. Purchase of a copyright artwork does not transfer the copyright. The copyright to produce the works in copies, to produce derivative work based on the copyrighted image, and distribute copies is retained by the Artist.  Any transfer of this copyright must be in writing expressly identifying what rights are being sold and for what purpose. Works of art cannot be modified without the permission of the artist. Works cannot be distributed, changed or modified in any way that would prejudice the reputation of the Artist. Violating Copyright (Rights to Copy, Contents and Intellectual Property) of Just Feel Good Art directly or indirectly in any way is a Federal Crime and may result in domestic or international prosecution.

Color Disclaimer

Prints of original artworks may be reproduced in a sophisticated way to reflect each color as exact as possible. Therefore when you purchase an original piece or a reproduction, you are guaranteed that the original or reproduction (each reproduction) will be delivered to you according to the calibrated system the artist uses to produce and display work as accurately as possible online. However: actual colors of art works (both original and reproduced) may appear different in reality than on your computer screen or mobile device. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colors and that everyone sees these colors differently. Therefore we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen accurately portrays the true color of the actual artwork. Just Feel Good Art cannot be held liable in any way for differences between the display of the work you view on-line or on your device(s) and the actual artwork (original or reproduced) received.

Shipping & Handling Disclaimer

Art works are shipped according to the highest standards of packaging and protecting the work. Original artworks will be shipped with insurance. Both original and reproduced works are fragile and can be damaged easily once opened or handled. Great care needs to be taken when works are unpacked from the shipping material to not damage the artwork. Just Feel Good Art cannot be held liable in any way for damaged or destroyed work unless the customer can prove that damage occurred due to insufficient shipping standards and not as a result of unpacking, handling or attempting to transport the work after the fact.

Returns

Don’t love your new artwork? If the original or print artwork doesn't satisfy you entirely, you have 14 days from receipt of the artwork to return it. Unfortunately, after 14 days we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note, we will not be able to offer refunds for any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Just Feel Good Art maintains this website for your personal purchases, entertainment, information and education. You should feel free to browse the website. However, all copying (whether electronic, hard copy, or other format) is prohibited and may breach intellectual property laws and other laws worldwide.
